Gatekeeper’s Museum and Watson Cabin, both in Tahoe City, will host the second annual open house on Aug. 3 from 1 to 3 p.m. as part of the summer-long Placer County Museums Heritage Trail. The free event will include live jazz on the patio, small bites, refreshments and free admission for the day.
