Truckee Roundhouse eyes expansion

In 2025, the Truckee Roundhouse will be moving into an additional 1,100 square feet of creative space adjacent to its current location and building a loft area to explore new mediums like jewelry-making and stained glass, the nonprofit announced in an email.

The move will bring more classes and programs to meet the demand to build, invent, create and explore.

The Truckee Roundhouse is more than just a space to work — it’s a place where people discover their authentic, creative selves and build meaningful connections with others. By fostering a culture of support, openness and creativity, we cultivate a sense of compassion that strengthens both the people who use our space and our community, said executive director Karyn Stanley
in the email.

Fundraising for the project is underway and donations may be made at givebacktahoe.org/organization/Truckee-Roundhouse.
