“Moon Best of California State Parks” reveals fun roundups of the best parks for wildlife, history, family travel and more, plus detailed hike descriptions marked with distance, duration, effort level, and trailheads so park visitors can hit the trails with confidence.

Anderson is a freelance writer based in North Tahoe who regularly contributes to Enjoy Northern California Living magazine, Sierra Nevada Ally, Tahoe Quarterly, Tahoe magazine and Tahoe Guide.
