The Snowball Festival returns to Soda Springs with The World’s Biggest Cup of Hot Cocoa, arts and crafts, face painting, custom balloons, photo ops, holiday snow tubing, snow parkour, a bounce house, a DIY hot cocoa bar and craft beer for adults from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 15, 16, 22, 23, 29 and 30.
