Black Ice Theatre Co. presents the dramatic comedy “She Kills Monsters” by playwright Qui Nguyen from March 10 to 19 at Lake Tahoe Community College’s Duke Theatre.
After the death of her teenage sister Tilly, Agnes discovers an untouched Dungeons & Dragons campaign in Tilly’s room. In an effort to connect with her sister one last time, Agnes enters the imaginary Dungeons & Dragons world she once mocked. She uncovers levels of her sister that she didn’t even know existed in this journey of self-discovery.
The production is recommended for ages 13 and older; there is some adult content. Tickets are on sale online. All shows are at 7:30 p.m. except for a 2:30 p.m. performance on March 13. | blackicetheatreco.com
