Hilton announced the signing of a brand and management agreement with EKN Development Group at the site of the former Tahoe Biltmore in Crystal Bay, Nev., to become the Waldorf Astoria Lake Tahoe. The casino resort was purchased by EKN Development and shuttered in April 2022.
Situated on a 15-acre site, the mixed-use development will include 76 guest rooms and 61 residences. Managed by Hilton, the luxury hotel will mark Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts’ first property in the Sierra Nevada.
