Christy Hill in Tahoe City has welcomed in its new executive chef, Luis Vallin. A resident of North Lake Tahoe for more than 20 years, Vallin has previously worked as a sous chef at Pianeta Ristorante, Moody’s Bistro and most recently as the chef de cuisine at Martis Camp.
