The Tahoe Biltmore will be closing its doors on April 30 after 76 years in operation, it announced in an email on Feb. 10. The Tahoe Biltmore has long been a popular spot on the North Shore for live music, gaming and late-night dining and entertainment.
EKN Development Group purchased the Tahoe Biltmore in the fall of 2021 with plans to develop the property with a luxury hotel, luxury for-sale condominiums, casino and mix-use retail.
The group also purchased the Beesley Cottages in Tahoe Vista, which it has said will be used to create a luxury beachfront clubhouse for guests and residents at the new development planned for the Tahoe Biltmore site, as well as a wedding and event venue. | tahoebiltmore.com
