Fertitta Entertainment, LLC, which operates a number of gaming and hospitality brands including the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino brand, announced that it is purchasing the Hard Rock Lake Tahoe in Stateline, Nev., from Paragon Gaming for an undisclosed price.
