The historic Cottonwood Restaurant is now a part of West River Hospitality Group, which has been a homecoming for the team that once cut their teeth as bartenders at Cottonwood, Chris St. Martin and Ryan Diercks. They also opened other establishments in Truckee such as Truckee Tavern & Grill and Como. Located at Hilltop, Cottonwood Restaurant and Bar exists within an authentic ski lodge that was hand built in 1928.
