Homewood Mountain Resort will be moving to a semi-private model for the ski area in the future, offering passes only to residents of some West Shore homeowner’s associations and those that purchases new homes to be built at the ski area. The change was first reported by local independent news outlet Moonshine Ink in a March 25 article on its website.
