Boreal kicks off its 60th anniversary season on Donner Summit on Nov. 22; although resort officials have indicated the resort may open earlier for the 2024-25 season if conditions allow, according to Tucker Norred, Boreal marketing director.

Night skiing | Night skiing returns featuring a new LED lighting system, offered daily until 8 p.m. Boreal also opens a Night Pass.
Play Forever Fridays | Boreal will continue to offer $25 lift tickets on select dates from Dec. 13-April 11 from noon to 8 p.m. to benefit local nonprofits. A November date may be added; check website for details.
12 & younger free | Boreal continues to offer its Kids Ride Free program to youth ages 12 and younger with a pass with the purchase of an Adult Unlimited Pass for the season.
Woodward Tahoe | Woodward Tahoe, located at Boreal, offers indoor facilities at The Bunker year-round with foam pits, trampolines, an indoor skatepark, ramps and more, along with a network of terrain zones on mountain to build skills.
